Born and raised in Oregon, Creed lived in the Willamette Valley until 1985, when he moved to Bend. He has been in cemetery and funeral service since 1988. He worked as sexton and cemetery supervisor for 12 years. He then served an apprenticeship and has been serving families as a funeral director for 10 years. He enjoys spending time with his three children and three grandchildren. He has been happily married to his wife, Angela, for 18 years. When he is away from the office, he enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking.

Cindy graduated from Mountain View High School in 1980. She married her high school sweetheart, Kory, in 1983. Cindy worked at Peake Memorial Chapel in Milwaukie, Oregon from 1991 to 2003, moving back to Central Oregon in 2004. Cindy and her husband have one son, Brandon, who is retired from the Marine Corp. She has a love of gardening, camping and water sports. Cindy lives on a small farm with her family, chickens, and dogs.
